Are Bleeding, Abdominal Pain And Burning Post Treatment For Chlomdyia Normal?

hi my niece was taken to our local health dept for birthcontrol she recieved the depo about two wek ago the following wed she had to return to be treated for chlomdyia a week later she has started bleeding and has adominal pain and burning should she be concern or is this normal from ttreatment of the sickness
