Are Broken Blood Vessels A Sign Of Pregnancy?

I am 40 years old having had 3 pregnencies and 10 years out from a tubiligation. I ve heard that the blue broke blood vessels can be a sign of pregnancy, early on due to increased blood flow and swelling to the area. Is there any truth to that? I have also had an ablation 1 year and 2 months ago and have not expirienced a menses since. Should I worry?
