Are Brown Discharge And Minimal Subchorionic Hemorrhage Common During Pregnancy With Duphaston?

hello im currently 8 weeks pregnant, last friday my ob took an ultrasound test and found out that i have minimal subchronic hemmorhage and no fetal heartbeat. he gave me a prescription of Duphaston 3x a day its my 4th day taking the pill when suddenly i had brown discharge this morning, it went away and when i took again tonight i had brown discharge again. i went to the clinic and told me that i need to continue taking duphaston since the bleeding isnt active and my cervix is close.
