Are Bumps On Nipples In Infants Only A Sebaceous Cyst?

my 15month old baby has four small bumps on the outside of her nipple. on doctor told me it was sebaceous cysts and not to do anything about it. she has had them for many months. is there treatment? will they go away? they got bigger when she was expose to sun.
