Are Bumps With White Heads Normal After Glycolic Peel?

Had a glycolic Peel on Friday -70 strength. My face now has bumps in certain areas with some white heads. Definitely a rash of some sort. I'm assuming its caused by the Peel. Should I be alarmed? Or will it go away in a few days? I've been using Locoid cream on the bumps..is this correct?
