Are Chest Pain And Stiff Shoulders Symptoms Adrenal Fatigue?

Thanks! I have been experiencing pain in my chest when swallowing and it will hurt for a short time afterwards.....about 10 min or so. I have been diagnosed with Adrenal Fatigue and been taking extra vitamin C and Adrenal Drops.....been getting bettter except that my neck has been stiff and shoulders and upper back will hurt. Also, my armpits and arm, are neck paielbow and sometimes fingers feel tingly.
