Are Constant Vomiting, Headache And Painful Sides A Cause For Concern?

hi my name is betty,i started with a severe headache christmas night,then vomiting,i have severe pains in my sides and back,i assume it s from vomiting so much but now my head still hurts and i have a hammer like pounding in my head.what could it be or should i see a dr.?
