Are Cramps And Bloody Diarrhea Post Treatment For Stomach Bug A Cause For Concern?

I just got over a 2 day stomach bug(I assume) with severe vomiting, diarrhea and a temp of between 100 and 101. I haven't vomited or had a loose stool since night before last. Still not feeling great, but began having bad cramps and bloody diarrhea a little bit ago. Should I be worried?
