Are Cramps And Delayed Periods Indicative Of Pregnancy?

I had unprotected sex on the 24th of january and was supposed to get my period on the 27th. I havent gotten it yet and my period is always on time and like clockwork. I have no symptoms but a few cramping and more tired than usual but that is all. Is it too soon to take a test?
