Are Cramps In Abdomen, Fatigue And Dizziness During Pregnancy A Cause For Concern?

Im 5 months pregnant as of yesterday. Today im experiencing a horrible lower right tummy cramp along with swimming pains in my back and weakness. I am unable to stand or even walk. I get dizzy if im on my feet for a long period of time. its very uncomfortable and i cant take the pain at all if i try to move around. Thanks for your response
