Are Cramps In Lower Abdomen Indicative Of Pregnancy?

I have been having symptoms of pregnancy I have had a lil blood about 4 days ago no blood since but I still have cramps in my lower abdomen and back I pee and have this light whitish discharge but I m not sure what this means? Am I pregnant or is it to early to say
