Are Cysts In Ovary A Cause For Concern?

Hi doctor.I underwent a scanning and I have been told that I have 4 cysts in my right ovary 16*13,20*10,27*25,35*25 and that they are all clear cysts with no internal septations and echoes.

Doctor has told me to take contraceptive pills.Is it something to worry about?
