Are Cysts With A String Of Pearls Appearance In PCOD Severe, And Does It Affect Conception?

I m a pcod struggler with insulin resistance, is appearance of cyst in ultrasound as string of pearls too severe. Is it not manageable or does the person cannot conceive? And can I consume M2 tone syrup and Ovacure tablet together at the same time?
