Are Dark Brown Spotting And Cramps Indicative Of Implantation Bleeding?

Hi I had my implanon removed 1 week ago today and was told that because I had sex 2 days before this there was a slight chance i could get pregnant. Im not spotting dark brown discharge and have lower back cramp. Do you think this could be impantation bleeding? Would a test show up positive at this point?
