Are Delay In Periods And White, Non-smelling Discharge Signs Of Pregnancy?

I took the morning after pill 4 weeks ago, I had unprotected sex (again) 2 weeks ago, I am now 5 days late for my period. I have had terrible mood highs and lows these past couple of days, also a constant white, non-smelling discharge for about a week now. I took a home test this morning which read as negative. Is there a possibility I am pregnant and I have not made enough hcg to test yet, or could the pill still be affecting my body and delaying my period?
