Are Delay In Periods, Breast Pain And White Discharge Signs Of Pregnancy?

hi, i did my iui this month, and took natrogest vaginally till day 30..2day is day 34...i ve also been taking metformin and siphene. i dint get my periods till now i have lot of white discharge for 4 days and my bresat and nipples r painging for 10 days... am i pregnant are there chances for me to get pregnant
