Are Diarrhea, Abdominal Pain And Bleeding Normal After Hysterectomy?

I had a hysterectemy 3 weeks ago iwas given iron pills to take and when I would have a bowel movement that was hard to pass I would bleed bright red blood from my vagina. Starting yesterda I've had almost uncontrolable black phlem like diarhea withlower abdomen pain and agaian bright red blood. Is this normal? Thank you in advance for your answer.
