Are Dizziness And Burning Sensation In Food Pipe Side Effects Of Embeta XR?

I am heart patient and doctor has advised Embata XR 25 for me from last 4 months I am observing that it is giving burning sensation in my food pipe, dizziness, and tired all the time is it because of the side effect of this medicine. I am also having chlopygryl 35 along with embeta in morning and Ecosporing AV 20/ 150 in eveing one tablet each
