Are Dizziness And Headaches Normal After Head Injury?

I recently suffered a head injury. I feel dizzy sometimes,have a couple of headaches . I feel fine most of the time, but I get dizzy suddenly if I move my head too quickly, or if I bend down. I'm not sure if it is normal to be feeling like this for the first few days. Please tell me what to do.
