Are Dizziness And Pain In Head With Knot On Temple After Being Hit On Head Normal?

I hit my head at work about two days ago. Still have a little knot on the right side of my temple. Some pain behind the right eye. I wroke up this morning with the room spinning, light headed, dizzy, can t bend over without feeling light headed. This has continued all day today. Have had a couple of people tell me that it could be vertigo.....??????? Please help.
