Are Dizziness And Popping Knees A Side Effect Of Masturbation?

Hello there, i am 27 years old male, i have been masturbating since i was 11 not on regular bases. i feel dizzy all the time, and lazy. my knee pops alot (make sound). i am so afraid of my health. i feel like i destroyed myself. What do i do? Does these side effects go away when i stop it or what ? please help !
