Are Dizziness, Bloating And Tender Nipples While Having Mirena Coil For 5 Years Normal?

I have had a Mirena coil for nearly 5 years, but have had a few problems lately. Dizzy, nausea, bloated tummy, period pains, bleeding. I haven t had a period in 5 years with the coil. I went to my GP and my coil is missing !!! I m waiting for a scan to see if its still there. But I m now getting very tender tingly nipples. Is this normal with the coil ? Thank you
