Are Dizziness, Visual Disturbances And Numb Face Normal While Having Meningioma?

I was just diagnosed with a meningioma in the ER but haven t seen a neuro yet. I am experiencing dizziness (ongoing) visual disturbances (goes in and out with trouble focusing) fatigue (if I don t take a nap I feel horrible most times), headaches , head pressure and numbness on the right side of my face and head even inside right of mouth. Also numbness in my left hand. ER said my symptoms weren t related. Symptoms have worsened since my visit. I went in for dizziness and pressure which I thought was high blood pressure.
