Are Dizziness, Woozy Stomach And Headache A Cause For Concern?

Hello, I am a 54 yo woman. Last night I experienced room spinning when I had just laid down. It scared me and made me sit up right away. It seemed to stop. Soon after a frontal area headache started and has been with me all day. I went an exercise class this morning and everything was fine until I had to lay down and do sit ups. Now I my stomach and head feel woozy. I have taken 600 mg of Ibuprofen but no relief. The other night I had a similar less traumatic episode but discarded it until now. Can you help me figure this out and whether or not I need to see a doctor and if so, how soon.
