Are Dizzy Spells And Grade A Right Handed Migraine Related?

About 12 years ago I got a horrible stabbing sensation on the top of my head slightly to the right, ever since I have had some terrible headaches which make me feel as though I am going to pass out, this then brings on a panic as though I cant breathe, I have been to the doctors and opticians and they say there is nothing drastic but have been diagnosed with Grade A right handed migraine, but my questions is, I don't always get pain with my headaches, just aura's and dizzy spells, are they related?
