Are Elevated Heart Rate, Shortness Of Breath And Tingling Hands A Cause For Concern?

My heart rate has been elevated all day and have been short of breath but I felt ok. Now, along with the shortness of breath, I feel very fatigued, have pressure in my head, and my hands are tingling. My jaw also feels very tight. Am I ok? I do take Vyvanse medication for ADD and every once in a while it does speed up my heart rate but it's pretty rare. I've never gotten these other symptoms from it though. Could it be the medication?
