Are Elevated Pancreatic Enzymes Symptoms Of Cancer?

Hello, I just received a call from my doctor. Saying that I have an elevation in the enzymes of the pancreas. He is sending me to a Gastroinstinologist for a Colonoscopy. And possible other tests. I have a history of Cancer of the Pancreas in my family my Dad s Mother and Dad s Older Brother. No cancer in my immediate family. I am terrified that this could mean the early sign of cancer. I am so scared.
