Are Extreme Adrenaline Rushes After Reducing The Dosage Of Bystolic Normal?

Hello, I currently take 2.5 mg of bystolic three times a day. I am in the process of decreasing my dose due to loosing weight. I keep having extreme adrenaline rushes, is this normal? Also I have a family get together on New Years and was told to bring a bottle of wine. Can I drink alcohol on bystolic? I have been on it for 2 years ND have never drank anything of that nature.
