Are Fasting Blood Sugar Of 142 And PP 218 A Cause For Concern?

Hi, I am Amy...I was having gestational diabetes during pregnancy and my baby was born on Aug 27th 2013. After that somewhere I did my Hb1Ac and it was on the borderline. Recently, I had done a tests and the results are - fasting is 142 & PP is 218. Please advice. Thanks .
