Are Freezing Cold Hands A Cause For Concern?

My hands are cold. I've noticed it for the last couple of weeks in particular. I work indoors and the rest of me is okay, but my hands are freezing. I am 62, female, take meds for hypertensio. Other than that I am in good health. Should I be concerned?
