Are Having Visual Snow And Constant Tinnitus In Left Ear A Cause For Concern?

I think I have visual snow. I have had it all my life but have only just realized other people don t see the way I do. I am 23. It affects my entire field of vision all the time but is particularly noticeable at night. I also have tinnitus in my left ear. Is it something I should be concerned about?
