Are Headache And Muscle Pain On Leg Related To Blood Pressure?

i have blood presure 90/140 BP and have heavy head leading to mild headache, listless ness in body. Parching of throat and mucular pain in left leg near knee. I have also given up smoking just few days AGO WHEN i GOT TO KNOW OF BP. Tell me is this all related to blood pressure or it may be some thing else
