Are Headache, Blurry Vision And Nausea After Being Hit On Temple A Cause For Concern?

I have have had laser surgery back in 2009. So the other day I was opening my car door and it bounced back at me and hit me in the corner of the top part of the door hit me in the temple and since then I ve been experiencing headaches blurry vision slight nausea pain okay or should I go to the emergency room?
