Are Holes On Both Sides Of The Penis Shaft Normal?

Okay so basically I have this rare situation with my penis. When I was younger I got introduced to master baiting, i did it alot, and fast. Im circumsized, and one night I master baited real fast like i usually do and something white popped out of my skin where the gland/head and the skin from the shaft meet. I dont know what happened and I can continue to take white ''lumps'' out if i wanted to but i think I lose the value of my penis from doing this. Now I have a holeish on both sides of my penis ,,Have you guys ever heard of this before? ( Also noted there is some kind of that material it looks to be stuck by my gland and skin in the middle of the holes, its hard to understand but just read it carefully please )
