Are Hot Flashes And Black Floaters Symptoms Of Menopause?

hi doctor. i'm 54 years old. female. now i'm having menopause and makes me feel extremely
hot.
i'm myopia, my eyes always irritation. morning i saw black bubbles flying around and at noon i saw aperture.
my memory very poor also..
does it related with menopause? what should i do? what medicine i should take?
