Are Hot Flashes, Dryness, And Insomnia Normal When I Haven T Had A Period For Close To 3 Cycles?

Hi, m 44 period not coming from 2 and half months (10 th feb last period came ) done sonography, plus blood test nd not pregnant ,doctor advice ate panorit 2 tablet for 2 days 15 days ago ,hot flash overall body dryness ,lack of sleep what to do now is it normal please guide,thanks
