Are Immunizations Against Yellow Fever Before Travelling Safe?

i want to get immunized for yellow fever due travel to countries with a lot of moscitoues, and there are also dengue fever active cases present there, as well as rabies. what is your reccomedation and are the vaccines safe ? i m a 55 year old male in generally good healtg!
