Are Increasing HCG Levels After FET, Severe Vomiting And Loose Motions Be Related To A New Pregnancy?

Hello Doctor, My wife had FET 13 days back. On 11thday blood work shown 130 mIU/ml hcg and 13th day blood work shown 237 mIU/ml hcg. She is having severe vomitting and loose motion from day 11. Treating doctor says they will confirm pregnancy after day 21. We are confused now whether my wife is pregnant and is this loose motion and vomit problem is because of preganancy. Please give us some answers. Note # my wife taking progesterone injections everyday and estrodial two tablets 2mg three times a day with duphastan and glysiphage met for in tablet.
