Are Intramural Fibroid, A Thin Endometrial Stripe, And Lack Of Blood Flow In The Left Ovary Mentioned In An Ultrasound Report Serious Concerns?

Just got results from my ultrasound and need help understanding. Not sure when my doctor will get back to me and was hoping for some clarity ASAP. My results: Measurements ------------ The uterus measures L: 7.04 cm x W: 4.02 cm x H: 2.38 cm. Uterine volume is: 35.2 cc. The endometrial stripe measures 0.09 cm. The right ovary measures L: 2.05 cm x W: 2.63 cm x H: 1.05 cm. Right ovarian volume = 3.0 cc. The left ovary measures L: 2.73 cm x W: 2.44 cm x H: 2.04 cm. Left ovarian volume = 7.1 cc. Uterus (non-pregnant patients) ------------------------------ The uterus appears normal in size. The myometrium appears heterogeneous in texture. A uterine fibroid is visualized in the lower segment of the uterus. The uterine fibroid measures 1.2 x 0.9 x 1 cm. This fibroid appears to be intramural. The endometrial stripe is homogeneous. There is fluid in the cervical canal. Right Ovary ----------- The right ovary appears normal in size and echogenicity. Using color Doppler, blood flow is demonstrated in the right ovary. Left Ovary ---------- The left ovary appears normal in size and echogenicity. Using color Doppler, blood flow is not demonstrated in the left ovary. Adnexa/Cul-de-Sac ----------------- The right adnexa is unremarkable. The left adnexa is unremarkable. Normal cul-de-sac visualized. -------------------------------------------------------------------- IMPRESSION: Heterogeneous myometrium with a 1.2 cm intramural lower uterine/cervical fibroid. Endometrial stripe is thin (1 mm) and homogenous.
