Are Irregular Heartbeat, Breathing Difficulty And Shoulder Pain Symptoms Of Heart Attack?

My friend is 58 years old and has a history of irregular heartbeat...atrial fibrillation...sorry if spelling is incorrect. He is having pains in his upper right shoulder and it hurts when he breathes. Are these common signs of heart attack?
