Are Laser Therapy And Hair Lotions Advisable For Baldness On Scalp?

i have been sold rosemary and menthol shampoos along with 2 different Dr Frank hair lotions for £200 and told to use daily to treat my scalp and reduce baldness. I am then going to be treated with Ultra violet light on my thinning area. Is this genuine and should I go ahead with it?
