Are Little Boils On Skin Symptom Of Diabetes?

I am a 28 year old make with no know history of allergies, my family is a risk for diabetes. When I go to the beach as I did recently, sand flies and mosquitoes constantly bite me. not too long after I seem to have little boils that may or may not be in the area of the bits. could this be an indexation of a allergy, is there something know as sugar boils (as a result of having eaten too much sugar at once) or might this be the onset of diabetes? If no any of these what else might it be.
