Are Loose Motions And Pus Formation Normal After Hydrocele Operation?

Hi, I was undergone Hydrocele operation after 20 days there is observation of puss formation. Doctor put me on antibiotic course after that for 10 days. After 3 days started having loose motions. Could you please suggest is it a normal scenario?
