Are Low Hemoglobin Level And Neck Pain Symptoms Of Anemia?

I've recently lost my baby at 17 weeks. In the process I lost a lot of blood. They were going to give me a blood transfusion, but after I came out of surgery they said they changed their minds but my hemoglobins has dropped really low. When I came out the hospital I started to hear my pulse in my right ear and I have this horrible neck pain in the back of my neck that causes headaches. Could this be from my anemia?
