Are Mild Cerebellar Tonsillar Ectopia And Pineal Cyst With Migraines A Cause For Concern?

I had a CT done Saturday due to chest problems, my CT scan showed mild cerebellar tonsillar ectopia and a 6 mm pineal cyst. Neither the ER doctor or my family doctor told me about this, and they said my CT was normal, but I am having huge migraines, is this a bad combination?
