Are Mild Cramps With Gassy Stomach With Spotting Normal Post Intercourse?

It's been 3 days since I had unprotected sex and I felt mild cramping in my lower abdomen and headaches. Today, it feels like there's a heavy, somewhat gassy feeling in my stomach. I also get spotting for the last two days, even if I've washed after the intercourse. Is this normal?
