Are Multiple Intraluminal High Level Echoes With Posterior Acoustic Shadowing In An Ultrasound Scan A Matter Of Concern?

Hello my ultrasound say there are multiple intraluminal high level echoes with posterior acoustic shadowing ,the largest measurement is 0.6 cm. What is the meaning of that. Please help me understand. Can it help my situation by medicine or do i need to remove my gallbladder
