Are My Enlarged Ovaries With Multiple Follicles Normal If I Have Regular Periods?

Both ovries are enlarge in size with ecohogenic stroma shows multiple peripherally arranged follicles measuring 45×33×28 mm vol of 22 cc on left side and 31×28×27 mm vol of 12 cc on left size. I have regular period. And I want to get pregnant I try more then 2 year. My report are normal or not plz tell me what should I need to do for pregnancy
