Are My Sinus-like Symptoms After The Second Pfizer COVID Vaccine Dose Normal Side Effects Or Something To Be Concerned About?

I had received the 2nd dose of the Pfizer COVID vaccine on Thursday evening. Since then I have been experiencing sinus infection like symptoms. Nasal congestion, sore throat, sinus pressure, a slight cough. No fever or chills. Are these side effects of the shot or should I be concerned it’s something more?
