Are Nausea, Diarrhea And Rectal Bleeding Post A Fall A Cause For Concern?

I fell down down some steps about 2:30 this morning and as soon as it happend I got very nausea and had diarreah with stomach cramps. I also had bleeding from my rectal mixed in with the diarreah and when I wiped. I since then have had 2 loose bowel movements with the bright red blood still and during wiping. I as well still have cramping. I have read that this could be common with a fall and just want to make sure I do not need to act now instead of waiting a couple days to see if it goes away. I still get a little nausea hear and there. I am just looking for some advice. I landed on my right side approx middle of my side by the ribs and right shoulder arm why my neck was pinned against a fire extingusher. I have right shoulder/neck all down my arm discomfort with my right side to around back is hurting. I must have hit my right knee on somewhere due to bruising around knee.
